Lock/Hide Ur Folder In Ur Computer Without Using Software | Pc tips & Tricks

    
    Now i am going to publish a very easy trick to lock the folder in the computer without using any software's.
Below i have given full detail about how to lock it! I didn't see any best trick ever than this..
The  main advantage of this trick is after locking the folder, nobody can able to delete this folder, the folder will show its properties as 0bytes and Empty folder
Lets move on to the trick...

• You can take any folder from your computer to lock it.
• For this trick i am going to take a "Videos" folder(shown below) which is in location of Drive:I

• Now i am in the place of  videos (I): drive where the Videos folder is present.

• Now open Command Prompt in your computer
• If you do no where is command prompt in your computer
• Go to Start => Run now type cmd in the run search bar and press Enter
• If you using Windows7 means Go to Start in the search field type cmd and press Enter
• Now the Command Prompt window will opens
• It will show the default drive at where you have installed your OS, mine is in C: Drive so it is showing C:\Users\Mubashira>
• Now just type the drive name at where the folder which you want to lock is present.
• Mine is present in I:\Videos so type I: and press Enter
• Now it will move into that drive I:\> (Shown below)

• Now just type cacls Videos /E /P everyone:n
• Here the Videos is my folder name
• So instead of that Videos folder you have to type the folder name which you want to lock
• (For e.g) cacls yourfoldername /E /P everyone:n(Shown Below)
• Now your folder has been locked in your computer

• The biggest advantage of this trick is, check the properties of that folder
• As i said you before it will show only 0 bytes in the folder it will show in properties(Shown below)

• And if you try to click the folder means, it will say something like this(shown below)

• If you click continue means again a window will open and say like this
• So no one can able to access this folder

• It will show the folder is Empty (shown below)

• And you cannot able to delete this folder also, if you delete it means it will say something like this(shown below)

•  If you want open the lock folder again means(Videos)
• Instead of everyone:n put everyone:f in the code
• That is cacls Videos /E /P everyone:f
• For (e.g) cacls yourfoldername /E /P everyone:f(shown below)

• Now you can able to see that folder will show all files(it will be back to its original)(shown below)

• Now you can able to access the folder as like a before(shown below)
• Enjoy locking It!!!

You can able to make the notepad as your own dairy..., Its very simple and easy..

Just go to the notepad
Type .LOG (in capital letters) (shown below)

If you want to write something, type some text or otherwise don't want.

Save that notepad file with... anyfilename..

If you open that notepad file again means, you can able to see at what time that file has been saved...(shown below)

So you can use this trick as your dairy, as it is automatically updating date.

Shake to Minimize All The Nonworking Windows In Windows7, In A SINGLE CLICK..

Tip to Show, Both "Title of the Folder" And "Icons" In The Taskbar In Windows7

If you are using windows7 means you will be confused of the icons on the Task Bar that on which file/folder you working and which and all file/folder has been minimized. So on that situation if you use text and icons means it will be easy for you to identify the file/folder

• Here is the tip to enable that text on Task Bar
• Just RIGHT CLICK on the empty space on the Task Bar
• And click PROPERTIES

• Now the TASKBAR AND STARTMENU PROPERTIES window will open
• On that window you can able to see something like  Taskbar buttons(as shown in below)

• At right side of the Taskbar buttons you can able to see a drop down contains: Always combine,hide labels, Combine when taskbar is full, Never combine

• Click on NEVER COMBINE option
• Now click APPLY AND OK button to apply it in Task Bar

• Now you can able to see your Task Bar contains title of that folder/file(Shown below)

Trick to Fetch the Hidden Themes of Windows7 Left The Old Bored Themes

   Are you bored of old themes in windows7, just fetch the new hidden themes in windows7 and decorate your screen with new hidden themes

• Just go to the drive on where you have installed Windows7
• I have installed it in Local Disk(C:)
• Just Browse through the folder (Your Win7 Drive)\Windows\Globalization\

• Actually the hidden themes will be there inside the folder name MCT
• But you cant able to see the folder MCT in Windows\Globalization\
• So you have to type MCT in address bar after Globalization\

• Now you can able to see some folders inside that MCT folder(as shown in below image)
• These all folders are the the Hidden theme folders
• Click any one of the folder to get that hidden theme

• Inside that hidden theme folder you can able to see an folder name THEME
• Click that THEME folder

• Now the installation file of that theme will be there(Shown Below)
• Click that installation file

• Now that particular theme will be installed and will be appear on your Personalize settings(Shown Below)

• Like wise you can install all other themes also, which is present in that MCT Folder
• Install all the themes
• Apply the themes and enjoy!!
